Kelly and Josh gave us a very warm welcome when we arrived. Great people, great location. Close from every best spots of Chicago. The best concierge service ever directly at the front desk. Quiet (never heard anybody plat guitare in other room).

"Better than last time"

Stayed here recently for business and this is time was better than my previous experience. That may have been because I stayed in a Tower room. It was bigger and had great views of the city. However, the visit wasn't without its challenges. I was over charged on two menu items ordered via room service, but I rocked it with Matt at the front desk who quickly corrected the issue. The other challenge was that my TV wouldn't access the menu function. Minor, but annoying.

"Excellent room, limited views."

The rooms are small, but they are relatively quiet. The hallways are dated and overly warm when the heat is on, but everything was clean. The hotel has a Jamaican restaurant on the ground floor and it is AWFUL. Just terrible. Like the worst food I've ever eaten.

The hotel was nice, but as all the hotels there in downtown very expensive for money. The room was clean, only complaint is my daughter burnt her hand on a plate in the restaurant. No one at the table heard a warning so that is why only 4 stars.

"Go Fender"

If you like playing guitars and miss having a guitar during a business trip - then this is the only place to stay in. It is great to get the fender and stomp board for the evening. Quality of headphones was average and i needed to change it out twice at the front desk. If you like a clinical hotel then this falls short.
