Interesting stories and our guide Ben was was quite entertaining. We found the bus seats somewhat uncomfortable though. All in all, a pleasant way to spend an hour and a half on a hot afternoon.

"A few interesting crime stories - but that's about it"

Unless you are very interested in the history of the criminals and gangs that operated in Chicago decades ago, this tour is not worth the effort or the cost. The stories may be interesting, and the guide was good and enthusiastic, but there's nothing much to see.

Very interesting. The tour guide, John, was extremely informative and funny. He kept the us enthralled with his antedites about local crime bosses. Tour last about 1 1/2 hours. You go around town via a bus but there are stops throughout the tour we’re that you get off to view and hear about important topics events in Chicago’s crime history.

This was great fun! I’m a solo traveler and enjoyed this thoroughly. The bus was well air conditioned (perfect on a hot day out). The stops we did get off for weren’t long walks away and there was mostly shade we could squeeze under. This was a great way to see Chicago and to hear about its sordid past! Our guide didn’t stick to just the gangsters but talked about The Tylenol Scare and prohibition and we even stopped for architecture! Great tour, couldn’t recommend more.
