I have never been on such a boring and pointless tour in my entire life. It is not scary. It is not entertaining. It wasn’t informative. We even left early it was so bad! The guide was unknowledgeable and couldn’t complete a sentence without getting distracted. On top of that, he talked quietly, was awkward in front of the group, was overly confident, and his jokes were simply cringe-worthy. My sister fell asleep part way through. The stops were weird and badly located, and the guide went so far as to shushing the local residents of the neighborhood we were intruding. I normally am pretty easy to please, but really wasn’t satisfied with this tour.

We had Sheila as our tour guide. She was animated fun and kept your interest. She is a great story tell but also wants to make sure the facts she tells are true. She debunked a couple of Chicago wives tales. I highly recommend this trip. My husband and I go to the city at least 2 times a year this is the first tour we took. So worth it. The hour and half went quickly. We will do more of their tours in the future. This company offers a variety. Pre book they fill up fast. We got the last 2 tickets for the entire day. Enjoy this treasure. Good for all ages

"Excellent, informative and very interesting tour!"

Our comfortable bus departed on schedule. Our excellent guide, Ben, began his nicely paced, droll and necessarily cynical delivery. We were informed right from the start, "No happy endings on this tour!", hence my use of the term, necessarily cynical. We were taken on a suitably dark mental tour, as well as a physical one, of the parts of Chicago most heavily involved with the most infamous mobsters in the city's history. We were able to witness over several stops, places where certain mobsters had met their various ends, as well as secret hideouts and other interesting locations, to back up Ben's excellent commentary. The bus ride also featured several newsreels to help cross the t's and dot the i's. This is a must do tour!
