"Informative Bus tour"

This is a good tour to do on a cold or blustery day. There is quite a bit of time driving through the smaller streets in Chicago while the guide tells "stories" of a few of the Crime Bosses, although there was little connection to why we drove many of the streets. There is not much "off the bus" time on the tour we took which included one short visit inside a vault...which I will not divulge in order to maintain the suspense as this is the highlight of the tour. The tour guide gave lots of information and seemed knowledgeable about the history and folklore as he barely took a breath during the 1.5 hr. tour.

I'm a local who had never been on a Chicago tour. (Terrible, I know.) I wanted a quirky fun tour to take my out of town visitors on, and I couldn't have chosen a better one! Mitch was funny and knowledgable. The information was fascinating. I may go on it again because there was so much of it to gather.

The tour guide was amazing and interesting. It was a perfect mix of bus rides and times to get out and walk a little. We really enjoyed the stop at Harry Caray's and the Biograph theater.

We had a great time, the guide Mitch was very enthusiastic and ironic linking history to today, told great stories with lots of laughs. Crime were not only old (Capone/Dillinger) but also more recent. Bus comfortable and easy recognizable (departing from a point where more tour buses leave). We left the bus a few times but that was great, you can really see details better.
