Let me start by saying, Mike was a great guide. Very clear, and funny. The tour is really interesting, and getting off the bus at various points was a massive bonus. Although these days you can probably find all the information given on the web, being taken to the locations is superb. Will definitely recommend to my friends who visit Chicago

My boyfriend and I were on. 6p.m. tour on a Saturday evening. Michael, our tour guide, was entertaining and knowledgeable. When leaving our second stop on the tour I stepped wrong and rolled my ankle. Later found out I broke my fibula. Michael went out of his was to check on me and make sure I was comfortable and got the car I needed. I was able to get myself back on the tour bus, Michael went to a nearby restaurant to get me a bag of ice and checked on me throughout the tour. When. Finished, Trenton, the bus driver waited with us until our Uber came, flagged the driver down and helped get me in the back seat. They did offer to call an ambulance and wait for it to arrive, but I declined as I did not see a broken ankle as a medical emergency necessary of an ambulance (save the already overworked CFD for a true emergency). I cannot say enough good things about their caring and kindness throughout. I would recommend to any of my friends and family. I will also return for a different tour with them.

Thus was s very fun thing to fi to learn sbout ganster hustory in Chicago. We started next to Water Tower abd went to Streeterville, River North, Lincoln Park areas. There were a few stops along the way including the Biograph Theater and Dillingers Alley where he was gunned diwn. Then onto many neighboring gangster haunts. Harry Carey’s had a hidden safe and tunnels to distribute bootleg liquor or politician payoffs. Alsi stopped at Holy Name Cathedral which was the scene of a gagster shooting. Many stirirs sbout Al Capone and the famous Lady in Red , Anna Sage. Ben was the tour guide and he was very good and knowledgeable. We drove past many speakeasys. The one thing that would inprove this tour was more time at the bars with a drink or two.

We had Ben as our guide and he did a fantastic job. Also want to point out our driver was amazing also (how you can drive a tour bus downtown is beyond me). Money was well spent on this tour! Only wish I sat on the passenger side to get better pics.

I’ve lived in Chicago for 12 years but never had known half (or more!) of what we learned from Ben on this interesting!! My parents and sister were visiting from Little Rock, and they’ve also spent a decent amount of tourist time in the city, but we all learned a ton and really enjoyed the tour and Ben’s commentary.
