Big Bus tours are the best way to see any city so it made sense for us to book a 1 day pass in Chicago. Our tour guide Ben knew his stuff. He delivered the history of Chicago's landmarks with a comical spin and had a real passion for it. Definitely recommend doing Big Bus tours at the beginning of your holiday to get your bearings.

"Lance made the trip worthwhile!"

We decided to buy tickets to see more of Chicago, with less blisters on our feet. Our first tour guide was knowledgeable, but Lance was the whole package. Engaging, funny, and knowledgeable. We laughed throughout the tour and learned a lot. We received our free backpack, but were hoping for more from the Ghirardelli Chocolate Store. I was going to tweet Big Bus about our pleasant experience but couldn't find their handle.
