We did the night tour and the sun set was so spectacular. Our guide was relatively young but seemed to be knowledgeable about the sights.

Went during the week so it was not packed. Started off with a guide that seemed to stress the amount of money that was spent on living in certain parts of town, how much was spent at stores, what it cost to eat at certain restaurants, rent, etc...which is okay for awhile but after 30 minutes I get it, it is expensive to do anything here. Then I changed busses and got Pat and the whole tour changed. He was informative and told us things about the town and was funny. Great value and you get to see town without the stress of traffic.

"2 days in chicago"

We drove to chicago while visiting indianapolis. We only planned to spend the day, but after meeting Trevon Frazier and speaking with him he convinced us to spend an additional day...and boy are we glad we did! Trevon took such good care of my husband, baby, and I! He's so professional, knowledgeable, charismatic, and all around great guy! It was such a pleasure meeting someone of his caliber on a first time trip to chicago. This guy deserves a raise and promotion! The bus tour from the top deck was absolutely amazing!!!! We thoroughly enjoyed what we saw of Chicago. We decided we're going to need to come back and spend a week next time.

Bongi and another tour guide were amazing! Two of the other tour guides had no idea what was going on. The drivers were all stellar, navigating the crazy traffic like pros. We got the tour with the go Chicago card and were very satisfied with the convenience of the hop on hop off feature and the availability of stops and time of day that the bus ran. The only hitch was the poorly marked stops, we couldn't figure out where one was by any signs but it was clearly marked on the map. It was great to be able to visit places at your own pace and not have to worry about waiting more than 15 minutes for the next bus. It's so great to sit up top and see the sights. We went when it was cold and rainy but that didn't deter the guides; we were given plastic rain coats and they were just as enthusiastic as when they were dry and comfortable downstairs :)
