Ms. B was the best! Great way to see Chicago. Do the loop once and then pick where you want to get off. Sit on the top for the best view.

We arrived in Chicago on a cold & very windy day with my sister and our 81 yr old mom. Lashonda snuggled close to mom to help keep her warm on the bench while waiting for our bus to arrive. We enjoyed chatting with Lashonda and appreciated her concern for mom. Thank you for going above and beyond!

We were here for 3 days in freezing conditions so a trip on the bus was a way to see the place and stay warm! We had a guide by the name on Alan who entertained us for the trip this morning with information and humour. Well done to a young man who did his employer proud

We had purchased the Hop on off bus ticket with our city go pass. It is an outstanding way to get around the city. The guides are knowledgeable and FUNNY! I want to say we dealt with a Nick and a Jack? And Kim was the bus driver. Nick and Jack were fantastic Kim barely acknowledged us when we presented the ticket and we stood uncomfortably for 30 seconds or so before she told us to have them scanned( only reason I am rating it a 4) She should try being a little friendlier...possibly smile...it does wonders.
