My friend and I decided to use the Big Bus Tour whilst we were waiting for an Amtrak train to California. To begin with it was only my friend and I who were on the bus, but none the less Bondi continued to give a brilliant and informative commentary. I also liked that a clear cover had been put on top of the otherwise open deck, meaning it wasn’t as cold or windy on what was a very cold day. Thanks also to Karen for her excellent driving. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour and worth the price.

Very entertaining and informative tour. Money well spent! The buses are clean and the ride was smooth. This was my first time in Chicago, and I know that I’ll be on this bus each visit in the future.

DO NOT PAY FOR THIS ONLINE! They take your money but there is no tour and a week later I am still trying to find someone to contact to get my money back. Booked this tour with VIATOR in the evening 2 hours before the 'scheduled' departure. Booking was confirmed on receipt of my money. Turned up 15 minutes before departure. The Bus Parking Bay was empty. It remained empty and no tour bus arrived. After 30 freezing minutes caught a taxi back to the hotel.
