Renee and Anderson are an awesome team! Anderson has so much knowledge and interacts with the guests and escorts them off the bus (so kind). Renee volunteered to be our photographer when we stopped at Navy Pier, and recommended the best sandwich at Portillos. Anderson does not meet a stranger and introduces guests by location. It was a very pleasant ride. Thank you Anderson and Renee! Warmest Regards, Azurre, MeSean, Cartina, Tiara (from NC)

We don't often use bus tours when away as we prefer to walk but it was so cold we decided a warm bus was preferable this time. We hadn't booked and just turned up on Michigan Bridge where there were a number of stands offering tours after looking at the tours we decided on the Big Bus. The departure point is a quick walk from here and they depart every 25 mins. We took in all the major sites whilst on the tour and hopped off where we wanted to with no problem. The guides we had were all very informative and humorous which made for an enjoyable day.

My family and I toured the city with Big Bus Tours and absolutely loved it. The tour guides are very friendly and entertaining, providing great information about all of the landmarks around the city. The ability to hop on and off the bus to visit the various sites was wonderful and the busses stopped frequently so we never felt that we had to wait long. Would highly recommend this tour company!

"Great introduction to the city for first time visitors and families"

We recently visited Chicago with two young children for the first time. We wanted to give the kids a great overview and introduction to the city, but knew they wouldn't be able to walk as much as the adults. The Big Bus tour was perfect for us! The kids and adults were able to see some of the major downtown sites and learn a little bit of history as well. We were able to get off the bus at some major sites and museums and then get back on the bus to get back to our hotel. We would like to give a shout out to Matty and Darius!!!!! They were awesome and very entertaining! Thanks guys!
